Solids and Sketch Lines can be Scaled by a specific number units based on a selected axis or reference line. Select the Solid (in Body mode / 4 mode) or the Line (in Edge mode / 2 mode) and press S (for Scale) and then F (for Freestyle). Then select a Snap / Reference point and select either an World Axis (X, Y, or Z) a Local Axis (N - Normal, B - Binormal, or T - Tangent) or a second Snap / Reference point to create a custom axis. Move the Mouse to set distance, or use the Distance Field to set a specific number of units that correspond to the selected axis (i.e. 1.5 units along the X-axis). There is also the option for Uniform Scale.

Extrude a Region or Face - E Set Pivot for Extrude - V Freestyle (Select an arbitrary axis) - F Change Extrude Angle - A Change Thickness - SHIFT+T (Extrudes as a Boundary/Wall instead of as the entire Region)
An Extrude will Automatically be considered a Boolean and behave accordingly, the behaviour can be changed with the keys Q (Union), SHIFT+Q (Slice), W (Difference), SHIFT+E (Intersect), B (New Body) and T (Keep Tools) will create a new object based on the Extrude after the operation. Hold CTRL to Select Addition Regions while Extrude is Active to include them in the operation.
Note: Extrude should by default use an averaged normal as itβs pivot (perpendicular), versus offset which is based on the normal under the mouse at time of selection.

The place command (CTRL+D) can be used to duplicate a selected object (Solid) or group of objects and place them on another object (Any). There are three stages to using the tool:
During selection of the destination object the source object can be flipped (F) and have the automatic alignment/axis Up direction adjusted through use of the usual axis commands (X, Y, or Z). Additionally, the Scale (S), Angle (A) and Offset (D) can also be changed.
Boolean operations can also be done while in placement mode by selecting Slice (SHIFT+Q), Union (Q), Difference (W), Intersect (SHIFT+E), or New Body (B).

After selecting Any Curve or Sketch component or during drawing of the componet the Knife (K) option is available, it should be used while snapped to a Solid (Edge, Face, etc), and will automatically Imprint that curves/sketch onto the Solid for further manipulation based on a Normal projection.
